We've launched many enhancements and fixes into our platform. Here is the latest list for the period May 2021.
Enhancements
Improvements to the Manage Giving Form Template screen (GEN-853)
The Manage Giving Form Template screen has been improved. Users can now easily see which campaigns are utilising each template, and which template is currently set as the default. Use the Manage Giving Form Template screen to edit templates “globally”. This saves you from editing templates via individual campaigns.

Confusing error when session times out (GEN-876)
We’ve improved the error message shown when a user has been logged out by the Generous platform due to inactivity. The platform will log out idle users after of period of time as a security feature. We have now improved the error message to instruct users to refresh their browser or log back in again.
Fixes
Removed the Delete icon on the "Other Amount" option in Campaign Builder (GEN-833)
As a campaign editor or higher-access role, when editing the giving options in the Campaign Builder, a delete icon was incorrectly appearing for the “Other Amount” preset option. This allowed users to delete the "Other Amount" option, but unfortunately users could not add the “Other Amount” option again. The delete bin icon will no longer appear for the "Other Amount" option.

Prevented the download of receipts for future dated donations (GEN-840)
An issue was identified where donors may have been able to download a receipt via the donor portal for future dated donations. Additionally, donors may have received a receipt via email for future dated donations. Receipts are now only provided when future dated donations have been successfully processed.

Resolved duplicate email notifications issue for some direct debit donations (GEN-840.02)
An issue was identified where some users were receiving duplicate notifications for a direct debit donation.

Resolved incorrect failed credit card message for giving forms using the CardAccess payment gateway (GEN-840.03)
An issue was identified where the giving form showed the wrong failed credit card payment error when a donor was making a credit card donation via a giving form using the CardAccess payment gateway.

Issues when editing giving form via Manage Giving Form Template (GEN-853)
An issue was identified where giving templates may have disappeared from the Manage Giving Form Templates screen after making changes to the template.

Hide Billing Rows (negative value rows) from Received Payments Screen (GEN-865.01)
We have temporarily removed the monthly billing rows (negative value rows) in the Received Payments screen to avoid confusion and to make way for further improvements to our monthly billing process.

Updated the Dashboard to show full donation amount where donors opted to donate more to contribute towards process fees (GEN-878)
The Dashboard has been updated to ensure that donation amounts shown reflect the full amount donated including where donors opted to donate to contribute towards processing fees. Previously the amount was the original donation amount before it was increased by the donor to contribute towards processing fees.

Unable to add new donors if they have already donated to other organisations (GEN-880)
An issue was identified; the system may have prevented an Organisation user from creating a new donor via the Manage Donor screen. This issue occurred when the donor already existed in Generous because they had previously donated to a different organisation.
